I love music, art, and dance! Chances are, choosing any one of them as a means of making a living would have meant poverty, sickness and early death, so I chose Civil Engineering at UNB instead. The Engineering and Real Estate did us well over the years in Maine, Bahamas, Puerto Rico, Florida, and New Brunswick. Nevertheless, I was always mindful to have brushes and paints and an old clunky piano around.

Seems like I've always been able to draw, and through the years it's been cartoons, illustrations, book and CD cover designs, portraits, live drawings, dance theme and revue backdrop curtains, murals, logos, clay sculptures, and many paintings and sketches. Being able to create an impression of what I see and feel, or what I imagine, in water color, acrylic and polymers, oil and clay, is a gift that I'm grateful for.

In Puerto Rico, I enjoyed my own art gallery/studio, The Pelican Art Gallery, in Palmas del Mar, Humacao, for about ten years, always signing my art pieces with "In the eye of the beholder, I am Art".

Learning techniques and skills of professionals is important and beneficial to inspiration and confidence. Applying what you learn to your thoughts and emotions, and expressing yourself in some medium for others to enjoy, is the reward well taken and treasured.

2000 Charles Stanley visited PR for Evangelizing Conference in association with WIVV & WBMJ Radio and our little Church in Humacao, PR, @ Palmas Del Mar, Palmas Community Church . We sponsored stanley's messages on the Stations which reach the West Indies.
As well as PR......He came out with a group of supporters Team & visited PALMAS & I was honored to take them around & had lunch & this picture , is at the Beach Bohio loking out over the Caribbean Sea....He sent me a signed photo & a Book of his.....always thought a lot of the little time I personally had there.
He got a kick out of the times we didn't have a Pastor & I'd lead the congregation of 20 plus, with Video's of his teachings ..We kept the Church going for 33 years...still thriving ....
